October 1st is the 58th Anniversary of Gordon and Audrey Silcox. They are the parents of our pastor's wife, Mrs. Shaffer, and Bro. Silcox is our church's staff evangelist. They have been the picture of faithfulness to our Lord Jesus Christ and to one another! Through good times and difficult days, throughout fifty-five years of ministry together, they have proven to be faithful servants of the Lord. We are blessed to have them in our church family. Thank you for your exemplary examples! You have proven to be "Beautiful for Thee" and you are beautiful vessels to honour for us all to see! We dedicate October's Beautiful for Thee to you both!

Last May 30, we honored Mrs. Silcox on her 77th birthday. The birthday party included two very special "surprises". We flew in Mrs. Kathleen Adam and Mrs. Carol Phillips, two of her dearest, life long friends, and former pastor's wives, for her birthday surprise. And what a surprise it was! There was not a dry eye in Harley Hall! It was truly an honor to bless this beautiful woman of God. We have included a little video clip of this special moment, when these dear friends saw one another again.
